This Privacy Policy explains how TSUGAS ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information in connection with the MythExplorer application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have full control over your personal data.

Core Privacy Principle: MythExplorer processes your location, health, and photo data locally on your device. We do not upload your personal location history, workout routes, or photo memories to our servers.

1. Access to Your Data

To provide its core functionality—Fog of War exploration, Time Machine import, and Smart Photo Map—MythExplorer requires access to specific data sources on your device.

• Location Services: Used to track your real-time movement to "uncover" the map (Fog of War) and record your exploration path.
• Apple Health (Fitness): Used to import historical workout routes to immediately unlock areas you've visited in the past (Time Machine feature).
• Photo Library (EXIF Data): Used to read the location metadata of your photos to visualize your memories on the map. We only access the metadata and thumbnail for display; we do not upload your photos.

You have full control over this access and can manage it in your device settings at any time.

2. Data Processing and Storage

• On-Device Processing: All calculations, including quadtree indexing, grid deduplication (100m x 100m), and "Hollow Glow" rendering, are performed locally on your device.
• No Cloud Uploads: We do not store, host, or view your location history or personal photos on our servers. Your map is yours alone.
• Privacy Zones: You can define specific areas (like your home or office) as Privacy Zones. Data recording is automatically paused in these areas, and this preference is stored locally.

3. App Analytics and Diagnostics

To improve app stability and performance, we use standard third-party services like Google Firebase or Apple’s proprietary crash reporting tools.

• Usage Data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated data about how features are used (e.g., "Time Machine import started"). This does not include any location coordinates or personal identifiers.
• Crash Reports: If the app crashes, an anonymous report containing technical details (device type, OS version, stack trace) is sent to us to help fix the bug.

4. Third-Party Services

MythExplorer utilizes Apple Maps or other map providers for the underlying map display. Your interaction with the map interface is subject to the privacy policies of the map provider.

5. Your Rights and Control

You can revoke the app's access to your data at any time via your device settings:

Upon deleting the app, all local data and settings associated with MythExplorer are removed from your device.
